  Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  

- High order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.  
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to US, Europe, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil.  
- We do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, or North Korea.  
- Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations.  

International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  
- Customs processing times can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time.  

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages  
- Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local carrier office before contacting us.  
- If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly or contact our support team at support@printful.com

- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.  
- You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all Printful products are made on demand, size exchanges require producing a new item. In which we will be responsible for for additional costs
